Grace Mansion and PR Mansion are both four story buildings, all rooms are similar and contains the following.

9. Hi Speed ADSL Wi-Fi internet in room and covered around area ( pay optional)
10. Onsite Secure Parking (Grace Mansion only)
    
11. Key card for door entrance to building

At Grace Mansion and PR Mansion you can feel secure and safe. Rooms can be personally padlocked also there is a security guard who watches the front entrance throughout the night.

PR and Grace Mansions are situated on a quiet street (Soi 14) just off Pattaya Klang.

All rooms also come with a built in electronic safe free of charge.

Very Reasonable Prices start at 7000 Baht per month with additional charges for metered electricity and water.

One month’s deposit is required upon check-in and shall be refunded when you check-out.

Grace Mansion and PR Mansion are equipped with Hi Speed ADSL Wi-Fi internet  "Hot Spot" Wi-Fi system you can purchase access when you book in (500 Baht per month).
